Tay Mac enforces a cancellation policy on services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any NO-SHOWS and LAST MINUTE /LATE CANCELLATIONS. You are considered a no-show if you do not show for your scheduled appointment 10 mins into your appointment time. A Late Fee of $10 and possibility of service that day will be very slim. THERE IS A FULL CHARGE FEE FOR NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS/LAST MINUTE “EMERGENCY”. You will be charged for the slot and has to be paid before any future appointments are booked. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is complete. ANY locked or blocked cards on file preventing the successful charge to process, will be rejected from any future bookings.
